1. Agreement Acceptance and Eligibility

• By accessing and using the lab test booking services provided on www.bmch.ac.in (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The terms "You" or "User" refer to individuals accessing or using the Website.
• You must be 18 years or older, have the authority to legally bind yourself or your family members or your company, and provide accurate and authorized information to use the services.
• This Agreement is effective from the date of clicking the "I AGREE" button.

2. User Registration

• To utilize the full services, users must register on the Website, providing accurate information including name, email, birth date, gender, address, occupation, and authorized person's details if applicable.
• Bharath Hospitals reserves the right to terminate access if credentials are undetermined or unauthorized.

3. Services

• Users, upon registration and payment of fees, are entitled to:
• View health check-up packages and offers.
• Book one or more packages or offers.
• Opt for sample home collection service (if available).
• Users are required to follow pre-test requirements and carry necessary documentation during lab visits.

4. Restrictions on Use

• Users shall not modify, reverse engineer, or misuse the Website and/or services.
• Users are prohibited from transmitting destructive elements, engaging in spam, or interfering with others' enjoyment of the Website.
• Bharath Hospitals reserves the right to review and take action against violations, including termination of membership.

5. Information & Messages

• Bharath Hospitals owns information on the Website and will not sell or share personal information. De-identified health information may be shared within group entities.
• Users may receive SMS and emails related to subscriptions and services.

6. Ownership

• All intellectual property rights in information collected through the Website are owned by Bharath Hospitals.

7. Confidential Information

• Users may not disclose or use confidential information for any purpose without written consent.

8. Payment

• Bharath Hospitals accepts payment through credit cards, debit cards, cash cards, and internet banking.
• Services commence after realization of payment.
• Payment mechanisms are subject to separate terms of use.
• Bharath Hospitals reserves the right to refuse/cancel orders with incorrect prices.

9. Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, state of Tamil Nadu.
